From August 12 to 16, the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University held training for new vocational education workers in 2013。In 2013, 64 new staff members participated in the training。

The training activity was formulated by Vice President Zhao Hongyan and organized and implemented by the Human Resources Department。This year's training combines previous training experience，In line with common development, research-based learning and "school-based", "teacher-based" design concept，Starting from the actual needs of new teachers，Four themes of the new teacher training program are designed and formulated: general training, scientific research ability training, professional skills training and team spirit training。It is a combination of generative, participatory and task-driven。In the professional skills training，The Human Resources Department specially invited retired special grade teachers Yang Jianyu and Shao Guangyan，Chemistry teaching and research group leader Li Shuxia，The expert team composed of Chen Hong, the head of history teaching and research, and the excellent first-line teachers Zhou Zhe, Feng Jingkun, Gong Ruizhe, Qi Yachao, Jiang Weibo, Gong Baolong, Li Lin, and Zhang Lin and Shi Ying from the branch school serve as the instructors。
