In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of all teachers and students, help everyone grasp the correct escape essentials when the fire is coming, and improve the coping ability and psychological quality。Today, I conducted the "Fire evacuation drill training" with the theme of "Fire Safety, Start from me".。

Now is the autumn and winter, dry air, is the fire prone season。From January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2021, a total of 87 fires broke out on campuses in Haidian District, killing three people。The above data clearly shows that the danger is all around us。Here, I issue an initiative to all teachers and students: we should establish a high degree of safety awareness, pay attention to fire knowledge, care for fire equipment, seriously participate in evacuation drills, so that safety will always walk with us。

Share a successful case of evacuation: Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, because the earthquake occurred in the afternoon, many students are still in the teaching building, a fresh life has fallen。However, Sangzao Middle School created a miracle, when the earthquake occurred, more than 2,000 teachers and students in the school in accordance with the usual exercise program, only 1 minute and 36 seconds all safely evacuated, without casualties。Sangzao Middle School each classroom has 70 or 80 students, particularly crowded, but in such conditions, but also orderly evacuation, this is because they began in 2005, every semester emergency evacuation drill。The drill does not tell the time, the school will suddenly announce: the whole school emergency evacuation。The evacuation route of each class has a fixed staircase and exit, and each class must line up when evacuating。The location of evacuation to the playground is also fixed。After each exercise, we will carefully sum up the experience, comment on the problems existing in each class of the grade and correct measures。It was the school's persistent exercise and the joint efforts of teachers and students that saved all the lives in the great earthquake。

Our attached safety evacuation drills have also been vigorously promoted in recent years, and the overall performance of all teachers and students is getting better year by year, and the problems are getting less and less year by year。However, there are still some problems with the December 2021 evacuation drill, and this is an opportunity to remind everyone again that it is hoped that this year's drill will not be repeated。

The first problem: individual classes do not move quickly enough after hearing the evacuation broadcast, there are more people to go to the bathroom, and they cross in the corridor, affecting the evacuation of the previous classes。Evacuation is the first thing, and travel to cover the mouth and nose, bending over the wall of safety measures。

The second problem: the responsibility of the teacher in charge of the landing needs to be clarified. The west stairs of Huachen Building did not organize evacuation as required, and all floors went down almost at the same time. There was congestion in the stairwell, and there was a great security risk。The correct operation is that the teacher should stand in a flexible position，At the corner of this or lower stairs，After the lower class students evacuate, they should give orders in time and organize the evacuation of students on this floor，If a student falls，To immediately shout stop evacuation "someone fell，Stop moving forward."，Take the class and shout，louder，Wait until they all stop walking before you can stop Shouting，After the danger situation is resolved，reorder，Before the evacuation can proceed.，Prevent stampedes。The exit door curtain of each floor is arranged by the exit teacher to ensure that students exit the building in an orderly manner。

The third problem: After the students leave the teaching building, they are somewhat disorganized, and there is still a gap from the actual combat。Statistics of the final evacuation time, should be the students arrived at the stadium to complete the team count, and statistics to determine that all students in the school are out of the building on the day, for the final evacuation time。

In addition, I would like to share with you some requirements and expectations。

(1) Preparation

1, class cadres do a good job of the class attendance every day。

2, the classroom seats before and after the left and right spacing is reasonable, reduce the items placed on the desk, convenient for students to evacuate。

3, the front and back doors to ensure that the switch is smooth, and it is forbidden to put labor tools and other items behind the door。

4. Keep the floor of classrooms and corridors dry to prevent students from slipping。

5, familiar with the newly divided evacuation route of the class in advance。

(2) Exercise procedures

1. After hearing the broadcast of the evacuation drill, the monitor and league branch secretary are respectively responsible for organizing the students to leave the classroom from the front door and the back door according to the distribution of seats。The high school teaching building is a two-way class, students out of the classroom door close to the classroom corridor here, to the evacuation direction in two lines, according to the designated route to evacuate, to keep quiet, follow the stairs of the teacher's command。

2, the evacuation order principle: the fire floor evacuate first, followed by the upper and lower layers, in order from top to bottom。

3. Teachers and students outside Huachen Building and Huayuan Building shall evacuate to the sports field by the nearest route organized by the teachers。

4, after leaving the teaching building can jog, according to the outdoor designated route quickly to the designated location of the playground quickly assemble, by the class cadre count the number of students to report the grade, grade report to the student development center。

5, the students who have injuries but can go downstairs by themselves, each class should arrange escorts in advance, orderly evacuation behind the whole building team, such as mobility, must take the elevator students, stay in the classroom, do not participate in the drill。(In the case of a real emergency evacuation, good people must be arranged to carry the sick and wounded down.)

Teachers and students, the current is the most basic evacuation drill, and when the basic drill is mature, we will also challenge the evacuation drill that is closer to actual combat, without advance notice, but also arrange various simulation scenarios, indoor and outdoor smoke, etc., I believe that students can also evacuate and save themselves in an orderly manner。
